These pictures about predators. Many animals are predators, even our lovely household pets like cats and dogs. The other day, our beloved mutt brought us the forequarters of a rabbit she caught as a present (she had indubitably eaten the rear).
The worst predator, however is man. No other animal preys so extensively on his own kind. Hitler killed 10-15 million Poles and Jews and another 10 million subjects of other nations he considered inferior. This was not killing for food or survival. This was killing for the love of killing Stalin was no better. He killed or starved 30 million of his own Russian people simply because they disagreed with him about how the mother Russia should be governed - or even worse for no reason at all except that he wanted to force them off their land. At the same time he was starving his own people to death he was selling grain to the west to raise hard currency.
Mao Tse Dung killed an equal number of Chinese people for similar reasons and then, 10 years later did it again in the "cultural revolution".
We Americans are not that much better. Despite our vaunted church going ethics, we virtually exterminated every Indians Nation in out country. At one time New Mexico, or perhaps it was Arizona had a bounty on every male, female or Indian child scalp a white man could bring in. Of course one received a higher price for the scalp of a brave. And Of course, the good, God fearing people of Arizona and New Mexico do not want really to talk about or acknowledge this. After all the Indians were savages and had no right to keep their own ancestral lands. Want another example, my wife and I live in the NYC suburbs of Long Island. Where are the Montaulks, the Matinecocks, the Manhassets, the Wantaughs? Where are the Quogues and the Amagansetts? All gone so that we good, white, god fearing, churchgoing Christians can build our mega-mansions by the shores and enjoy swimming in the beaches of Long Island Sound or the Hamptons.
Or, if you want to think of more recent examples, look our wonderful God fearing people treated their prisoners at Guantanamo, in Afghanistan and at Abu Ghraib Enough of hypocrisy, Man is a killer - the worst predator of all because he feeds on his own kind
